As a recognized OEM with Honda Australia and the sole Australian distributor for Champion Power Equipment, our products are built with quality in mind and meet the highest industry standards.

When dealing with power equipment and machinery, components wear out and there comes a time when your product will require servicing, maintenance and repairs. We review all our products closely and always endeavour to have the spare parts you need in stock to prevent as little downtime as possible.


All Powertech Machinery products come with a warranty. Given each product has different warranty terms, please refer to the operator’s manual for the information applicable to your product, and if you are unsure or have any questions, please get in touch with us immediately.


Powertech Machinery ships products to Australia Wide.

If your product/spare part is small enough, we ship using Australia Post Express, but if your item is over the package weight and dimensions limit, we will ship it using one of our couriers.

We are more than happy to write instructions as required. All shipping will be booked ‘Sign on Delivery’ if you are not available to sign for your item. Please make sure you contact us immediately.

All items are shipped with a tracking number, so if you do not receive your product within a suitable time frame (usually 7-10 days) please ensure to contact us immediately so with can follow up with the applicable courier.


Thanks for purchasing a Powertech Machinery Product.

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 days of your purchase. The Product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged. It is your responsibility to organize the return shipping for the product or return it in person.

After we receive your item, our team will inspect and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5-10 business days, and surcharges may apply.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days, you will not be eligible for a refund.
